I recently ported my number to cell c. About 3 weeks... What a big mistake. Cell c offering great deals but quality of the network is so bad. In my 13 years with MTN I never experienced so many network errors. I can't even retrieve my voice mail. It takes a few attempts before I get a call through. People are battling to get hold of me. I am a business user and this level of service is pathetic and impacting my image.
Do I port my number back to MTN. Can this issues be resolved or is this a problem across cellc networks.
