Oops, He did it again!

A few months back we had some service issues with a few of our company contracts and ended up at Blue Route Tokai branch. We were attended to speedily and politely by a service consultant, Ishclor. Now a few months later we once again had some service and product issues and were interested in changing our plans to suite us better. On arrival, we waited for Ishclor, hoping we would be lucky the second time as well. Ishclor listened to our problems and instantly took charge. Because he knows the product packages so well, and understands the systems completely, he instantly guided us to the correct service upgrades, and helped change the neccessary business documents by issuing us the new required forms, along with some helpful guidance.

Well done Ishclor. If you are not the manager, you should definately be one! You are a professional person, and an asset to your store! In the future if needed, we will definately come back to your store to make sure you can help us again!
