MTN - Worst Telecommunications provider to date

To whom it may concern:

I was recently faced with a decision to upgrade my old Blackberry to something better and decided to take out a contract with Mtn (End Result, worst decision ever). I received the phone on Tuesday 9 April 2013 and was told that due to me requesting a number portal swop from Vodacom to Mtn that this would take 24 hrs.
Well to my disgust this was only activated on Friday 12th of April 2013. After numerous phone calls and much frustration was the issue resolved Monday the 15th April 2013. I took out the contract with MTN Clearwater branch, the service I received at both a branch level and national level was terrible. The number portal too was taken out in error in which I was unable to receive any Vodacom numbers and was only able to receive mtn direct calls, further more after a day of activation the account was then suspended due to my Account limit being more than my unbilled balance?? To Make matters worse, I was then insulted by their National hotline 80 8 in which the consultant Thembe/Themba did not believe I was the account holder and refused to assit me. I had to urge to then speak to his supervisor who cut me off (lindiwe). THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
