We bought two Nokia N8's on contract from Vodacom at a special that time where you would recieve100 free @ R185. On activation of the phones, we asked the consultant if it was activated on talk 100 and he agreed. First month we received a bill and when we called Vodacom only to find out that the phones were activated on business call. We called Vodacom several times requesting they listen to voice calls and rectify this isuue, nothing was done about it and we stopped paying. I wrote a note on Hello Peter and I was told that someone from Vodacom will rectify this which has still not been rectified. Without solving the problem my account was handed over to Nimblecs collection. Which they requested a signed contract and I advised them i received no contract for the purchase. On the 16/04 I emailed an affidavit to Nimblecs explaining what happened, on the 9th May I sent my ID copy with 6 signatures which they said they didnt receive it and I resent it on the 23rd May 2013. Since then I have not heard from them and sent an email on the 10th July requesting an update on this account. Up to date I haven't received any feedback and my concern is what is the next step now?
