Bad service

I picked up a device on Friday at the Midrand Nashua office, received a simcard and apparently the number needs to be active in 2-24 hours. 1st thing Monday morning Im still not active. Contacting Mpho, only now he's activating it. Like Seriously? Why didn't get activated before I even pick up the device? So I had a camera for the weekend since the device doesn't work without the network.

What a service I got. Taking it back doesn't even begin to describe how I feel.

Disgusted I must say at Nashua and Mpho's service.
