I still think that I am on some kind of comedy prank show, because I cannot believe the level of service MTN is subjecting their customers to. It is this same level that forced me to change to another cellphone service provider. So I had a top up contract with MTN from April 2010 on a Blackberry phone. I decide not to upgrade to a new contract since MTN is sending out messages that BIS will no longer be included in their packages and will be charged for. I receive and sms from MTN that my contract will continue as per normal and will stay unchaged! In May 2013 my account gets deducted with a different amount as for what I signed up for. I contacted their 808 number immediately to try I find out what is going on. So I hold on for more than an hour. I try to phone MTN stores, desperate for any help! I just get told that I must phone the 808 number! Nobody cares if I tell then THAT NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE FREAKING 808 NUMBER!!! So eventually I go into the only MTN store in town to CANCEL my contract. They have me speak to a person named JOHA. My reference for that call was 100411418. Please contant me URGENTLY on 0829393312. I will be taking this to the OMBUDSMAN!
