Phone still not fixed after 2 attempts

I have had to take my Samsung phone into Vodacare Gateway twice now. I was assured when i collected it this time that nothing was wrong with my phone and that it was in perfect working order.

This is notthe case, as my phone is still not working properly, screen freezing, unresponsive keys etc... It seems to me either Vodacom arent interested in helping there clients, or they do not have technicians qualifiedto fix phones.

How many times do i needto send my phone in for the same problem???

I am now totally at a loss. Where do i go from here???
