I've been an 8ta per paid client since September 2012. On Sunday I purchased R1800.00 worth of 'credit' in order to purchase another 60GB 60GB Data bundle package only to be told that (8 months of being their customer) I have apparently supplied information.

Really!? What! Now I have to provide proof that had already been provided 8 months ago.
