DAMAGED GOODS / BAD SERVICE

I booked my phone for repairs on the 28/05/2013 at Vodacom Eastgate Repairs. When i took my phone in it was in a perfect working order apart from the matter that i had brought it for. My main problem was that the battery doesnt last long and the phone keeps switching on and off on its own (now and again) mind due it was not an everyday thing. On the 31/05/2013 i received an sms advising that the cause is liquid damage "that i do not know off", however i was then quoted an amount of R1881.00 for repairs. I rejected the offer and requested my phone to be sent back. That was done. I collected my phone on the 04 June 2013 @ 15:49 and to my surprise when i got home my phone was not working, the scroller is not even moving, phone was not closed properly and there is also a funny sound when you shake the phone, like some parts are missing. MY PHONE WAS WORKING PROPERLY, I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED, NEED IT FIXED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS
