I purchased on my contract a Samsung Galaxy phone serial 86912200585005 on 22/05/12 from Vodashop Gateway. The phone has let me down on many occasions and in fact did so whilst talking to a Vodacom employee who I had to call back three times and who accepted that the phone had a problem as he had experienced it. The phone has been back to Vodacom repairs at Gatewey now three times and I have now had no full use of it since the beginning of January 2013. I cannot accept that I am paying a large sum each month on a contract for a phone that does not operate properly and in fact have been using one of my previous phones a Nokia which is six years old and works perfectly. I feel that Samsung should have replaced it immediately which they have not done, obviously I will now have to take this matter to the Consumer Council.

I have had a contract with Vodacom for fifteen years and am therefore totally disgusted with this treatment and now with to cancel this contract.
