Definetly not renewing

On the 13/04/2013 my most prized possession (my iPad) was out of my handbag in Mr Price Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria. After desperately trying to locate the culprit to no avail (Brooklyn Mall security) I went to the Autopage and declared that the device had been and I needed it blocked immediately. They confirmed this can be done and proceeded to put in the request (I was under the impression that the would not be able to access any of my information if blacklisted). On the Sunday morning I proceeded to lay a charge of at the police station but they said I needed the ITC #.So I called the head office and they told me that the Blacklisting department did not work on weekends and I would need to wait for Monday morning @ 8.I was irate needless to say because I need to replace the device as quickly as possible. This morning I called and was told that they would only be able to assist me in 24-48 working hours as this was process (this is the first time I was told of this). After threatening Hello Peter I was told they would sms me the ITC #.when I called again they said I would need to wait 7 days. After numerous requests I am still waiting for the manager to call.
