Brooklyn Autopage - Appalling Service

On 14 September my wife went to upgrade her phone at Autopage in Brooklyn. After dealing with the consultant he advised her that she does not use her full bundle (MTN 750) a& that she should downgrade to the MTN 500. It was agreed with the consultant that she would take the Sony Xperia Z on the MTN 500 contract, which they did not have stock of at the time, but he would order one in asap & would call when it was ready to collect. On Tuesday, 17 September I received the call that the phone was ordered. The following week my wife went into the store to follow up, only to be told that the phone hadn't been ordered, but that they would get one for her asap. So, on the 24th, we headed back in, to find the phone waiting, except the documentation was for an MTN 750 contract at R900 odd per month instead of the MTN 500. We were told that they now needed to reload the deal which they couldn't do on that day. I pointed out how unacceptable the service had been & was advised by the new store manager & regional manager that we would get the phone delivered asap. On the 28th we called as we had no feedback only to get the runaround from a sale assistant. As of 30/09, still no phone. Shocking!!!
