Your reference number is: 00148a8MM8ABPP2F - no response. all other feedback I've receive since, states that customer is liable. kindly make me understand what I am liable for, On the 12th of February 2013 at around midday I sent an email from my phone. Which remained in the outbox, and did not connect to the server & not sent. On da 12th, 13th, 14th February 2013 &according to you it continued to connect to the server unsuccessfully causing my data bill to accelerate to the amounts illustrated below and in your bill attached. So for 6minutes, 21 minutes, 4h57 all in the region of over R5000.is this correct. With Telkom I receive10 gigs a month for R300, Vodacom 9gig R16200.
