Can't do a simple SIM Swap in 5 days!!!

I upgraded from a Blackberry 9300 Curve 3G on Monday, 13/05/2013 to a Samsung Galaxy S3. I collected the Samsung Galaxy S3 the following day at about 17h30 from Brooklyn branch. I was informed that my SIM card needs to be upgraded to a micro SIM and would only take a few hours, max 24 hours. Phoned Wednesday morning since previous SIM swaps took only hours. I was told to wait for the full 24 hours. Phoned Wednesday afternoon at about 16h20 and was informed procedure was not followed, SIM needs to be RICA, and I must again wait 24 hours. Phoned Thursday morning the call centre again, was now informed whole procedure was followed incorrectly and the agent would complete the procedure and then pass query to backend. Was informed by agent until Thursday afternoon that the agent is keeping an eye out on system. Friday morning, old BB SIM was still active. Went in again to Brooklyn branch on Friday, and was informed the enquiry will be escalated to backend and I must wait 24 hours, Phoned Brooklyn on Saturday afternoon and agent informed that enquiry will again be escalated. Now Sunday 01:36PM and still waiting. How many escalations does one company have? This is ridiculous!!!
