VERY ANGRY!!

On Monday the 3rd of June we went to open a new contract at MTN GALLARIA- we wanted the Samsung Galaxy s3 mini, and they assured they had it in WHITE! They said it would take 3 to 5 days to approve (fair enough). From 3 days later I started phoning to check up on the progress and reached the JHB call centre- they said everything had gone through and contract had been approved but they were just waiting for a document from the GALLARIA store to complete it. I phoned Gallaria and they said they would get back to me which they never did.. A week later I go in to fetch my phone and ITS THE WRONG COLOUR!!! The only reason we opened the contract through MTN was because they had "Stock", Vivian the Salesman then said the WHITE phone has been discontinued? Because it has been peeling on the sides?? IS this true? Is it is- then fine! But I find it very hard to believe, and why did no one tell us that the day we asked?

I am now sitting with an UGLY GREY colour instead of WHITE?

Is there anyway someone can help me?

I have to pay for this contract for 2 years for a phone I am unhappy with?
