My wife and I went to Cell C Cape Gate for upgrades on our contracts (2) and was told that the store does not have stock of the phones we want but we can fill in the forms as they will have stock the next day... Came there the next day and everybody tells us that they don't have stock and nobody knows when they will have stock again! We then went Cell C direct route after several days of calling and following up with the store... We were told that they have stock and can expect delivery in 3 days' time... We are now 5 working days away from that promise and still we don't have the phones! We contacted the Cell C direct service and was told they don't have stock and they now also don't know when they will have stock again!
Please people don't support this ppl as they are full of and don't know what they are doing... We will now wait another 2 months and cancel these contracts and go to opposition!!!
