Discontinued contract

On 31/12/2012 I complaint via hellopeter re the fact that I have no signal on my internet, they send a technician for some tests and after this and other correspondence 8ta e mailed me Jan. 2013 informing me that my contract will be cancelled in Jan. 2013 due to the fact that they can't provide a service and such cancellation will be without any penalties. When I test the sim in the beginning of Febr. it was indeed not active any more and I destroyed the dongle and sim card. Despite this 8 ta went along and debit my bank acc.on 31 Jan with R201.50 which I had to reverse myself as their promise to refund me didn't realize. I also received an acc. Jan 2013 with a credit balance of R 791.89. For the month of Febr and March 2013 no debits went through my bank acc. and then all of a sudden they debit my bank again with R 209.61. NO contract, and still this happens. Telkom Direct in Three Rivers send a mail on 10/4 to billing dept and cc SS Steyn to rectify I also mailed them on 11 April claiming the R209.61 and to refund me the reversal fees of R 40 and R13 debit order fees but as previously no response was received from. I really don't know anymore and use this medium for assistance.
