4 months later and still no service

On March 26 I requested that my phone & ADSL line be transferred to my new residence! It's now the end of July & still I have no phone & ADSL! Not a single person from telkom had bothered to contact me regarding this yet I have been given 3 escalation numbers! I have to be the one to phone & TRY & get information! I've spent almost R300 in calls to telkom, in April they said there was no infrastructure, in May they said the infrastructure has been laid & a tech will come out to me, then again they said there's no infrastructure! Then I get harassed by telkom saying that my acc is in arrears when I was told that there was a protection on my Acc so that the acc doesn't get suspended and i do not have to pay for it until the line is installed at which point I will be credited for the months I didn't have the service! Telkom pls I implore you to stop messing me around & give me a concrete answer with a possible date as to when i expect to have my service back! In most countries like the Middle East for example, Adsl and wifi is totally free but here we have to pay exorbitant amounts and still not get the service!!! I will probably get a new escalation num & still no one will call!
