On the 4/12/2012 ref 68698801A, I contacted Telkom for a line transfer from my old resident to my new resident. It was said to me that a technician will contact me for appointment. I explained to them that my new resident falls under new development and the street is not listed on their system, Telkom said it is fine they will send a technician out. 2 weeks later I contacted Telkom again to find out what is the progress on my line transfer, they again said that it is in the system for processing and a technician will contact me shortly.
on the 23/12/2012 I phone again, gave my reference number and ask what is the progress of my line transfer, after a while on the line, I was not helped at all.
28/12/2012 superviser contacted me and said to me that the line transfer will take 22 days to be completed and will be in working order in the first week on January,
i phone again and again but no help from anyone.
I the phoned telkom on the 28/01/2013 and was still waiting for a technician. they said to me that my line was cancelled on the 5/12/2012, which I did not ask for. After 2 month I am still waiting for my line to be transfer.
