I laid a complaind on the 15th April :
I have been waiting for a technical response to my email to MTN about slow connection on my wireless stick modem E173. I sent an email Friday the 5th - got a message back that mtn dont work on weekend or nights only weekdays working hours. Tuesday 9th i got a email Quote:
"Kindly be advised that coverage ticket logged with ref# 0052563 our technician will communicate with you via sms for investigation within 96 working hours"
today is the 4th June 2012 and todate i've not had a technical person contact me. that 96 hours is a very long time coming. it would appear that i've ben completely forgotten. what has happened to service delivery in this country if this is the level of service then i really dispair that things will get any better - i certianly thinkg tghis is a record of being ignored by a company...
