Had my phone twice and still not sorted

I got my blackberry 9320 on 9/03/2013 and its been rebooting ever since I got it and the vender did a software upgrade twice even though on the second time I took it in I requested for the phone to be repaired properly and this is not the case very unsatisfactory responces from retailer and manufacturere
