Logged a complaint yesterday at the13h30 regarding my land line not working (dial tone dead) as well as ADS line. Telkom tested the line when we logged the complaint and confirmed that the line is dead. Contacted Telecom every two hours and no response. Same lame excuse your fault has not been allocated to a technical person yet and sorry you will have to wait. Why are you paying for a service that is not acceptable in standards and service that is unacceptable. Telecom has had more than 24 hrs to allocate a technical person but I guess you are only a number to them and to he'll with providing a service. The modem that Telkom provide constantly gives me problems where I have to reset a call was also logged for this and no response has ever been received except that this is what we will have to do. How pathetic
I want my line up and running today but I guess I AM out of luck.
