So me wife and I upgrade our contracts to the same package .. finding out that mine is different to her's yet we both singed on the same day same time same place same documents... I went back to the Melrose branch and showed them... they queried it .. all of a sudden she is paying for data and not free as to the upgrade and I'm still billed incorrect and she now also has the incorrect billing... this has been going on since march.. been to the store weekly, the store email accounts and no response .. I did the same .. no luck .. now emailed customer centre got reference: 00148a8MM8ABKJ8B and got know reply so logged again with reff : 00148a8MM8ABSKWW any chance someone actually care's about there customers?
