Incorrect billing still not sorted out!

In March of this year, I upgraded from my Blackberry to a Samsung S3. I specifically took the Top up package and asked the salesman if the Topup amount and insurance and id fee is all that I would be paying and he agreed.

I have since noticed that I have been billed for BIS and for a 300 sms package, as well as a handset fee which I was not made aware of and I did not request. I phoned your customer care and she advised that she had taken both off. I received a message too confirming this yet at the end of this month, I was AGAIN billed for both of these items. I told the customer care agent that I wanted a refund and she said I need to speak to the store directly. I do not feel I need to discuss anything with the store. This is not an error on my part and I shouldn't have to phone around to resolve Vodacom's errors. My reference number is 306 058 377.
My husband also canceled his 300 sms bundle package some time ago and they advised that it was canceled. He too is still being billed. He called and they advised that they would sort it out and refund the money. Reference number: S3-TY01E-E81PV. Please could you kindly sort out your billiing mess and REFUND US
