Now, according to my knowledge the iPhone is the ONLY phone is SA at the moment that uses a nano sim card, Cell C are so smart that they send my new iPhone without a sim card... so guess how useful my new cellphone is at the moment.
I reported this immediately, as soon as I noticed this had not been sent, which was Wednesday last week, they then said to me this will be handled as a urgent request, and that I could possibly get the sim card by Friday... well Friday came and Friday went and no sim card, it is Monday today and I receive a sms "Your Cell C order is on route, ..." at 09:56am today (25/02/2012) this in my opinion stating that I will receive my parcel today...
Well I should have known better with Cell C. I will now only "APPARENTLY" receive my parcel tomorrow, I feel this is pathetic service, and now I as the customer who has to pay you every month without fail, once again I am found at the bottom of the food chain and Cell C just taking advantage of me as a customer.
This is so frustrating and Cell C are really so pathetic they cannot even apologies for their fault, and offer me some sort of incentive for the inconvenience caused to me.
Utterly disgusting!!!
