Good day, I contacted Nashua mobile early this month to change my debit order date to the 15th. the debit order that was supposed to go off did go off the end of last month, so they got their money. then when I changed the date to the 15th they said they will deduct again on the 15th, today is the 12th, are they dyslexic or something, do their people need training or are their accounts department sleeping at work?????
really, when they informed that they have I will be debited twice in one month, I told them not to change the date since I cant afford debit orders going off twice in one month. they are also stupid in that way, since they got their money and nothing is behind. they should have then if the date was kept on the 15th deducted in July only. but these people are . the date was not kept on the 15th and should have stayed at the 1st of every month. I have had it with incompetent service providers. they cant keep correct record, take debit orders they way they prefer.
I am very unhappy and I want then to refund the R249 they deducted now, they should only have deducted on the 1st of July. I hope that there is someone with two brain cells at least who can assist.
