This is my THIRD complaint about the same problem!
On the 9th of May I requested via hello peter that my Debit order date be changed to the last working date of the month.
I was contacted by Cell C and was told that the debit date would be changed from the month of June.
Then when I received my statement for June it said: Your preferred debit order date is: 15-Jun-2013
I then made another request via hello peter on 10th June asking why my statement says 15-Jun-2013 when someone has phoned to tell me that it has been changed? I specifically said that I was told the change had been made & I will only have money in my account at the end of the month. I was then contacted back to say the problem will be rectified.
PLEASE can someone tell me why my account was debited on the 15th June? I had no money in my account and after ALL this back and forth the debit STILL went off on 15th and I was charged a back fee of R115 because of insufficient funds! I had been told TWICE that the date was changed
This is unacceptable! Why tell me it has been changed when it hasn't? why is this such a difficult matter?
and why must I now pay R115 because of insufficient funds!
