I have rica'd and purchased airtime/data from this provider. I have many issues with having the sim card to connect to their network. When requesting a SIM swap NOBODY, either instore or at the backoffice is able to do so. The incident took place in April of this year and to this date nobody wants to help me. I have since requested to get refunded as they have never supplied me with the service I have paid for, I have been given the run around by retail staff and also backoffice staff (managers included). I am now officially g@#tvol! I have brought this matter to the NCC, but felt the need to inform the public about this too.
