Went to their Morningside side branch on 14 April to upgrade two phones on a contract. They had no stock and when they checked the stock levels on the database, most stores also had no stock in the Gauteng region or only 1 of that particular Nokia model. I have been given two spins, one that the stock will be a the branch on 22 April and the other is that they are currently busy stock taking and do not know when the stock will arrive. How can they advertise a special on an upgrade, and have no stock and their stock is limited to grey only at this time, if they did have any at the branch??? I called and e-mailed Nokia in Sunninghill, and they still haven't had the courtesy to respond to both my communications.
