I upgraded my contract last year and included a 1 gig data contract.
It has been 3 months that i upgraded and for the last 2 months I haven't receive any data on my contract that I already got billed for.
I Phoned about 20 times 082155 and no one can tell me when the problem will be rectified.
They keep on passing the bucked. I visited the Vodacom Customer service dept. in menlyn sat there for 1 hour waiting to be assisted finally assisting me but telling me to contact 082155.
I want my data that i am paying for every month. Vodacom owes me 2gig data already. In the meantime I cannot use my data device that I am paying for R400.00 a month. I have 4 vodacom contracts and this is the kind of service i am getting??? (i am spending close to R2000.00 every month with vodacom)
I want my data!!! No one even appologised for the error from vodacoms side. They cannot even rectify the problem or phone me back as prommised numerous times.
I am very dissapointed and will definately not upgrade ever again (and i have been with vodacom for a decade now)
Sort my issue asap pleasessse.
It seems that they do not care at all. Phone me with feedback!!!
