Incorrect billing

Hello Peter
I signed a contract with Virgin as follows:

THE DEAL WAS R600.00 TALK TIME FREE AND COMMITTMENT OF R122.00 PER MONTH for 24 months and option to cancel 1 months notice.

Now they billed me R133.35 on 01/11/2012 and took payment ref: (7781474)
and billed me R416.10 on 01/11/2012 and took payment ref: (7923532)
and billed me again R237.46 on 01/11/2012 which I did not pay.

Now I contacted the call centre number 0741000123 and I am blocked.
Then I called 0116765000 and I spoke to Tshibi and on another day to Kelebogile and then to Khagiso and finally to Thulani on 0116765050 on 28 Feb 2013, and requested statements from Sept 2012. I only got statement for Nov 2012.

Now I know I owe them for Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb total of R122.00 x 4 months = R488.00 which I WILL PAY, AFTER I SORT OUT ALL THE OTHER WRONG BILLINGS!

Can you please investigate on my behalf, because they threaten to hand me over.
I also requested telephonically from Khagiso for the contract to be cancelled which they did not do..

I am a pensioner and somebody is helping me with their computer, and can you please help me too.
