Why am I still getting billed?

I've cancelled my subscription 23 October 2012, and then got billed again. I wrote on HelloPeter on 31 October 2012, making it clear that I do not want any more services from DSTV and that I do not want to pay any more money to them. Yet I got billed for some or other stupid care service. I sent more emails requesting the same and still I am getting billed. When will you realise that I do not want to be a client in any form whatsoever, of DSTV - as mentioned in previous posts to DSTV too.

I do not owe you anything - I stopped calling in to DSTV as it takes forever to speak to a person and as recommended by Dineo. I also have emails indicating the same, so reverse the R140.00 and close my account for good - I, since October 2012 as indicated in several notes to DSTV, do not wish to be your client in any form!!!
