I applied for a new contract responding to a vodacom advert/promotion on 23 March, 2013. Application was approved and I was told to wait for week as the handset was to be delivered from Jhb. I went after a week only to realise that nothing was ordered. As demage control, Morne Speelman ordered one and promised delivery in 5 days. I went on Saturday 13 October, only be be told the promotion has expired. My problem with the fact that people are treated along lines. If you are white, all is well, you get saved on time. However, if you are black, you get a raw deal, I waited more than 30 minutes to be attended every time I visit this branch. At least I should have been informed of the change in circumstances via fone or sms. I regret making my application at this branch as I had a similar experience in 2008 and swore I will never visit this branch, guess I have myself to blame.
