EVERY TIME we phone MTN on 1023 to get a number, the message that contains the number is sent several times. That means we get billed instead of R3, an amount up to R9 and R12.
When we try to contact MTN via their website to complain, we cannot find an e-mail address, instead we get transferred to dating and ring tone sites. Then there is also a pop-up advert at the same time to make one even more annoyed.
WAKE UP MTN AND STOP OUR MONEY!!!
