Contract agreement Overcharged (2 lines - BB 9320)

Contracts taken out were R 129 per month x 24 on top up 99 Vodacom 4 less including BIS!!! Invoices and debits for few days in December and January 2013 were correct and debited from our account. Then the huge surprise. A contract amounting to R129 R9-50 VAS = R 138-50 x 2 for 2 lines (Total R 277-00) became R 407-56 for February 2013 and R 395-00 for March 2013. Today I received the statement that says again the amount due for April is R 322-67! Consumers are taken for a ride by Large Corporate companies and I think few people realise that unlawfull amounts are debited from their bank accounts. We left our previous service provider for Vodacom (Vodashop) but have been once again ripped off!
Our first complaint was done at Vodashop Courtenaystreet. They said that we must go to Yorkstreet Offices. We phoned Augusta at 0448840834 and she reffered us to phone 082111 and speak to accounts. This was done and said they would get back to us. Again new statements and accounts for March came and we went back to Courtenaystreet again. They reffered it to Tygervalley and problems are still not resolved! Shows that the consumer or customer is only a numbe
