My brother gave me his new blackberry only 6 months old and i had it so much wrong with it..it was still under guarantee and gave it into port elizebeth and 3 weeks later i got it back..told me so sorry so much wrong gave me brand new phone so excited and thanked them..my phone giving me problems again went into to ask and sooo angry and higly upset and in shock took out the battery my phone not new its refurbished phone and to me..i hope i can get this sorted out i wont brand new phone as i was promised as now got probelms with it.
