I've been told that I'm in arrears with my contact because of data that I apparently used. I phoned to find out what data I exactly used, but when I eventually came to the correct department they informed me that they will have to lodge a special request. I received a reply on the same day the 5th of April 2013, saying they couldn't get hold of me via phone (which is a as there were no missed call) and that they've check the data and its a 100% correct and I should pay it.
What kind of business can not tell you what you've used exactly, I don't want someone to "check" (although I really doubt that they checked anything) if my data was correct. I want to know what applications and what time and day this data was used. If you can not even tell me those simple things, than I think your hiding something, which can only mean you have no idea what is going on in your finance department.
I have a separate account for data with Vodacom, why on earth would I used my cellphone account for data. The data option on my cellphone has been disable a long time ago, specifically for reasons like these. I can't use my emails or simple email browsing because Vodacom is just too expensive.
