My wife received an sms on the Thursday 04 April 2013 notifying her to contact the call center to upgrade to the latest handset. Her contract is in my name so I called yesterday 05 April 2013 the lady said they had a system error and the contract is not due for an upgrade until 02 May 2013. I left it at that until I received the same sms this morning and got the same story from the lady on the other line that it is a system error and my contrat is due on the 01 May 2013.
I don't believe this to be a system error as it wouldn't have happened almost a day apart... Please can someone explain what the issue is.
I believe if Vodacom created an expectation and they should cover it...
