Bad customer service and incorrect advertising

I have been a customer with vodacom for over 3 years. I have a phone contract and prevously had a 3g dongle contract as well.

My internet contract expired and i went to vodacom ceres to get a 2 gig capped account.
It was explained to me that when i have used up all my data i would have to top up and i made it clear i want a topup contract. I have had a topup cellphone contract as well.
a few months down the line vodacom send me a bill of over R2000 for data usage.
Then they deduct more than the amount specified off my account using a different code according to the bank.
Vodacom constantly phones me and this rude people insist i pay the full amount. They cutt off my cell phone line and refuse that i pay installments. I had to drive from ceres to cape town to speak to them as the manager in the store insists i pay in full. Up till know i have paid over R3000 and this company just keeps on adding extra costs. This is really pathetic and daylight. Stop lying to people and then charging them for it. This company should be taken to court for incorrect advertising as it is!! I will make sure as much people know about this and not take out any contracts with vodacom.
