No clue what's going on!!!

I'm so dissapointed in Vodacom once again, words cant explain.
I JUST want to buy a data bundle and no one can assist me!!! Every vodacom consultant keeps telling me dail *111# and buy there, I want it on contract!!! not to manually load it myself. I have a dongle, I need a SIM with the 3GIG data loaded onto it each month! Vodacom advertises a MyGig 3 under services - Data on contract (on the website). The myGig 3 is advertised at R169. That's all I want, is it asking too much? Can I get a MyGig 3 on contract or not??? If not, then Vodacom please STOP doing false advertising under data "contracts" option! Now if I can get a MyGig 3 on contract, please get it done, I'm sick of having to phone vodacom back like 6 times a day to get answers. TERRIBLE Service provider!
