Increased credit why???

Dear Sinqobile Msimango,

I am your loyal customer, but I am not happy with your procedure of increasing my credit limit without my consent. The more you increase it, the less I'll be able to pay. Although I am always on track with my payments, please reduce my credit limit. I am not in good shape financially, and I'll be tempted to overspend.
