STILL NO HELP

Hello Peter

on Monday i paid Vodacom R1400.00 to update my accoun which was in arreas, i also had to pay for two new sim cards R 63.00 and my numbers were deactivated without my consent.

now ive been struggling to get hold of the collections department since i have a phone, but with not network, sim cards dont work. every time im told we will call you back, but they never do, im gonna spend another weekend with out a working phone, and clearly they dont care

im really of Vodacom, they chase us when we owe them, but we cant chase them for something they must do, i mean they get back to give us a service, but they just dont
