the 1 of October i tried to log in to vodacom website to pull done a statement, but i told me i must register or log in. so it dont allowed me to log in. when i phone customer care they told me. we are upgrading your website. Thursday i wanted to go on again it happened again log in or register. i log an complain again. Today is my due day for my invoice that needs to be out. if i dont get it out i dont get paid. do you think its fare that if vodacom dont help me today and i lose my R5000 from my Client that i can do something? because you pay for n service and dont get help. its been 4 days now and no feedback.
