On Friday 31 May 2013, my line was cancelled by VODACOM. After making several inquiries, I was told that my contract was cancelled, however my contract is six months old and up to date with payments. I pressed for an explanation and was told that the line was cancelled because somebody was doing bulk cancellations for the Company I dont know and mistakingly cancelled my number on the network. Through desperation, I took time-off and drove to Vodacom at the Service Centre building. I was issued a Simcard and told the line will be active in the next 24 hours. The line was never activated, so I spend the whole of Friday, the weekend and Monday without the phone. Now this is my business phone, I am loosing very important call and no one seems to care in Vodacom, guess what, they will be deducting their full subscription fee at the end of the month, while I am been grossly inconvinienced by this. I dont know what to do now, please help.
