I have not had the service but these people are still charging for it its pathetic i have sent 26 emails and 15 calls some on my cellphone, they just dont get the fact that there has been no service.
I have spoken and mailed and got reference numbers from billing, sales, technical it so i dont recommend them and all i wanted was for them to give me my dot com address back so i can get another company to be the service provider its pathetic.
