Pathetic Service and Rip off

This is the most pathetic company I have ever come across. My husband signed a contract with this gym paid almost R4000 in advance then we requested to transfer the contract to my name, as I was using the Gym more often. They now want to charge us 50% of the contract daylight. Needless to say it has taken us 2 weeks after numerous emails to the call centre, Hennops gym speaking to Chane that she willl phone back and never does, and when you tell them how pathetic they are and tell them you will put there pathetic service on Hello peter they say its fine people will still use them. PEOPLE BE AWARE THEY ARE AND NO AFTER SALES SERVICE.
