I have been waiting for my decive now for 3 days over due. when i call the company they dont give me answers. the only answer they give me is "awaitng client acceptance"!!! 3 days its been says this for! I HAVE ACCEPTED THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ETC... your staff are rude, unprofessional and dont know the answers to the questions that i want answered!! i specially ordered this device so i could recieve it before the 5th as im going away and need it urgently and today is the 4th and they tell me they dont know when it will be delivered!! this is PATHETIC, DISGRACEFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If i dont get my device today i am taking this matter futher and will make sure every company knows how bad the service is!!! THIS IS UNFAIR AND IRRATATING ME BEYOND!!!
