I signed a YEAR deal for a VPS with Mweb - Expired November 2012. (BAD BAD BAD Decision)
This company functions with incompetent technical people. A service that they provided to me was used for 3 months by me - PAID FOR.
Then issues started on the server. After logging a call with MWEB regarding my VPS NOT WORKING AT ALL, the service was offline for more than 3 months (Breach of contract by MWEB). I never heard from them - Breach of contract by MWEB.
Now MWEB STILL expects me to pay for Services NOT rendered by then. They had the audacity to deduct money - WITHOUT MY APPROVAL - from my account on 20 March 2013.
MWEB - you better contact me and pay my money back
