Pathetic internet signal

I have been trying to connect to the internet with my phone but appartently MTN dont believe i am allowed to get any connection. they have got to be the worse internet provider in the WORLD! once my contract is up with you MTN i will be leaving them an going to a company that will accually give me what i want when i want it.

i have been trying to pay people with my banking app but its impossible becasue MTN doesnt want to give me internet, so if i am unable to pay can i hold the most incompetent internet service provider responsable?
