AKASIA, PRETORIA area where I reside. I have been to the local MTN offices in my area who have advised me to contact the MTN technical centre which I did on the 02-09-2013 and was advised that a "TECHNICAL " officer will get in touch with me within 10 days and I am still waiting. I have called the centre several time and have spoken to Ruben and Busiswe who I might add are pathetic at the job and then again to Samantha. Every time I requested to speak to a SUPERVISOR he/she was never around and when Samantha tried to call William (the "technical guy" who was supposed to get in touch with me) he never answers his phone, (No wonder if there isn't a supervisor around). Frankly I am fed up with the service I received from MTN and will not recommend anyone to join this particle network provider. I am currently paying over R1000 on services I can not use and this is frustrating as my accounts are paid on time and without hassle. I will get numerous phone calls when the accounts are not paid but no service when the shoe has to be on the other foot. This is pathetic and ridiculous and I WANT A SOLUTION IMMEDIATLEY!!
